Returns & Exchanges

At Skatepark of Tampa, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Verify Condition

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached; skateboards must not be gripped or skated, and shoes must be in their original box.

• 2.
  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team via email or visit the SPoT shop in person to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items, include a copy of your original receipt, and drop the package off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 3-5 business days.
